I’ve lost my passcode. How do I get a new one?

To replace passcodes for authorized users, please send an email to [email protected], and include your name and the name of the awards organization you belong to.

Please note: We’ll need to contact that organization to confirm your membership, so issuing a new passcode will be dependent on their response time.
